CranioSacral Therapy - 2

CranioSacral Therapy Session

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord.

By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventative health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Symptoms that benefit from CST:
  • Migraine headaches
  • Chronic neck and back pain
  • Motor-Coordination impairments
  • Colic
  • Autism
  • Post-Surgical Dysfunction
  • Disorders of the Central Nervous System
  • Injuries to the spinal cord and brain
  • Curvature of the spine called scoliosis
  • Tension and Stress related problems
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Immune and Neurovascular disorders
  • Post-Surgical dysfunction
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)
  • Connective Tissue disorders such as Fibromyalgia
  • Learning disabilities
Offered as a One-Hour Session
